On May 18, 2010, I met with the partners who own the +/- 15 acres adjoining Obion County Central High School. He and his partner agreed to split the cost of a survey, which will have to be done since this is not a separate tract of land. The partners have agreed to sell this tract of land for $55,000 if the survey indicates that there is approximately 15 acres of land. If there is a great variance in acreage, the sales price will have to be reconsidered. Any final agreement on the sales price will have to be approved by the Board at a Board meeting. Since this meeting, I have not heard from either of the partners further.

Update on the Purchase of Land Adjacent to Obion County Central High School

Background Information: On May 18, 2010, I met with the partners who own the +/- 15 acres adjoining Obion County Central High School. He and his partner agreed to split the cost of a survey, which will have to be done since this is not a separate tract of land. The partners have agreed to sell this tract of land for $55,000 if the survey indicates that there is approximately 15 acres of land.
